What happens in Love in Disguise episode 2
According to preview material released by the production, Kang Jae Hee was investigating a murder case involving Yoon Yi Jun, a third-generation heir to the Taegang Group, when the investigation was halted due to the conglomerate's influence.
Determined to gather evidence on her own, Kang Jae Hee disguised herself as a man and applied for the position of Yoon Yi Jun's personal secretary, a vacancy reserved exclusively for male candidates. After overcoming several obstacles, she secured the job.
Hoping to uncover clues while staying close to him, Kang Jae Hee quickly faces unexpected challenges in her new role within the Taegang mansion.
Unusual tasks under Yoon Yi Jun’s gaze
New stills from the episode show Kang Jae Hee performing various tasks under the cold gaze of Yoon Yi Jun. In addition to protecting him, she must also guard an expensive moon jar, an object of great value within the plot.
One of the photos shows her tasting Yoon Yi Jun's food before he eats it, a detail that underscores the unconventional demands of her undercover mission.
Yoon Yi Jun is suspicious of his new secretary
Meanwhile, Yoon Yi Jun is keeping a close eye on his new secretary. In the previous episode, he removed the glasses she had been using in secret to record him and commented, "I've got you." This scene raises questions about how much he truly suspects Kang Jae Hee's identity and what he will do next.
Kang Jae Hee also begins to interact with those close to Yoon Yi Jun, including his most trusted assistants and Lee Hye Jung (Yeonwoo), a secretary in the Taegang Group chairman's office. It remains to be seen whether Lee Hye Jung will end up affecting Kang Jae Hee's undercover investigation.
