Netflix will say goodbye in November 2026 to a large batch of licensed series in the United States, led by the three seasons of Broadchurch, the Laura Linney drama The Big C, the comedy Minx and the adaptation of Little Women. The list affects only the US catalog; availability in other countries may vary.
Most of these departures share the same origin. In November 2025, Netflix carried out a wave of acquisitions of canceled or overlooked series from Starz, Showtime, Prime Video and the BBC, several of which ended up in the US top 10. Almost all of those agreements were signed for one year, so they are now expiring, in many cases, right on the anniversary of their arrival on the platform.
In addition to these licensed titles, Netflix will also remove its own productions this month such as Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life and The End of the F***ing World, as well as smaller children's series like Molang, The Tiny Chef Show and one season of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Series leaving on November 1, 2026
The first day of the month concentrates several of the most important departures.
Broadchurch (seasons 1 to 3)
The biggest loss of the month comes right at the beginning. The three seasons of Broadchurch, produced by ITV, will leave Netflix US on November 1, exactly one year after returning to the platform.
Netflix had the series in its catalog for years before removing it at the end of November 2021. It remained out of the US catalog for almost four years until the platform signed a new one-year deal and brought back all 24 episodes on November 1, 2025. The series, created by Chris Chibnall, stars David Tennant and Olivia Colman as detectives Alec Hardy and Ellie Miller, who investigate the death of an eleven-year-old boy in a coastal town in Dorset.
60 Days In (season 1)
The only season available on Netflix of this A&E docuseries, in which volunteers go undercover in a jail for 60 days, also leaves on November 1.
Little Women (miniseries)
This BBC and PBS Masterpiece adaptation of the Louisa May Alcott novel arrived on Netflix US on November 1, 2025, and leaves twelve months later. The three-episode miniseries, adapted by Heidi Thomas (Call the Midwife), stars Maya Hawke as Jo March, before her role in Stranger Things, alongside Emily Watson, Michael Gambon and Angela Lansbury.
Upper Middle Bogan (seasons 1 to 3)
This Australian comedy by Robyn Butler and Wayne Hope has had a longer run than most titles on this list, having arrived on November 1, 2024, with what appears to have been a two-year license. The series follows Bess Denyar, an upper-middle-class doctor who discovers she was adopted and that her biological family are drag-racing enthusiasts from the suburbs. All three seasons and 24 episodes are also available on Prime Video in the United States.
Minx says goodbye on November 4
Minx has had one of the most curious runs of any recent series. This comedy set in the 70s about the launch of the first erotic magazine for women debuted on HBO Max in 2022, was renewed and then canceled as a tax write-off by Warner Bros. Discovery when its second season was almost finished. Starz rescued that second season in 2023 but decided not to order a third.
Netflix added both seasons in the United States on November 4, 2025, and they leave a year later. Ophelia Lovibond plays Joyce, a feminist writer who partners with low-budget publisher Doug, played by Jake Johnson, to get her magazine off the ground.
Survivor’s Remorse leaves on November 11
This Starz and Lionsgate comedy, executive produced by LeBron James, debuted on Netflix US on November 11, 2025, after having previously been on Starz, Tubi and BET. Its one-year license expires on November 11, 2026.
Jessie T. Usher stars as Cam Calloway, a basketball star who signs a multi-million dollar contract and moves his entire family to Atlanta. Tichina Arnold and RonReaco Lee round out the main cast throughout the series' four seasons and 36 episodes.
The Big C and StartUp leave on November 14
The Big C (seasons 1 to 4)
This Showtime drama arrived on Netflix in the United States, UK, Australia and other regions on November 14, 2025, the first time the series was available on Netflix anywhere in the world. The complete series now leaves the US catalog one year later.
Laura Linney plays Cathy Jamison, a reserved high school teacher who is diagnosed with stage IV terminal melanoma and decides, rather than telling her family, to start living life the way she always wanted. Oliver Platt and Gabourey Sidibe co-star. Linney won a Golden Globe and an Emmy for this role.
StartUp (seasons 1 to 3)
StartUp is a series that found its audience on Netflix years after it finished airing. This original Crackle production, which had three seasons between 2016 and 2018 with little impact, became a surprise top 10 hit when Netflix first licensed it in May 2021. It returned to Netflix US on November 14, 2025, the same day as The Big C, and leaves again on November 14, 2026.
Adam Brody plays Nick Talman, a banker who ends up laundering his father's dirty money through a tech startup, alongside Edi Gathegi, Otmara Marrero and Martin Freeman. Ron Perlman joins in later seasons. After the closure of Crackle, it is unclear where the series might land after leaving Netflix.
Antiques Roadshow leaves Netflix on November 15
A quieter but notable departure for a certain type of viewer. The selection of seasons of Antiques Roadshow, the PBS program where members of the public bring family heirlooms to be appraised by experts, is scheduled to leave on November 15. The series continues to air on PBS, where new episodes premiere every January.
The Resident, a departure yet to be confirmed
Internal tracking data puts the departure of all six seasons of The Resident on November 20, but the series has not yet received the official "leaving soon" tag, so this date should be taken with caution.
This Fox medical drama already had an initial run on Netflix US, where all six seasons and 107 episodes were available between March 2024 and September 2025 under an 18-month Disney license. Matt Czuchry stars as Conrad Hawkins, a resident physician at the fictional Chastain Park Memorial hospital, alongside Emily VanCamp, Manish Dayal, Shaunette Renée Wilson and Bruce Greenwood. Hulu remains its permanent home in the United States.
Other titles also leaving Netflix in November
In addition to the licensed series, Netflix is removing two of its own productions this month: Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, which leaves on November 25, exactly ten years after its premiere, and the two seasons of The End of the F***ing World, scheduled for November 5.
In the children's category, the titles Molang and The Tiny Chef Show, as well as a single season of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, are also scheduled to leave the catalog this month.
