The medical drama Doctor X is approaching one of its most tense moments to date. New images released from the upcoming episode show Kim Ji Won confronting an out-of-control Jang Seung Jo, after his character is exposed as someone very different from the kind facade he had shown until now.

In the previous chapter, a tension-filled rivalry was established between Gye Soo Jung and the newcomer Na Dae Il, played by Jang Seung Jo, who was hired practically to take the protagonist's place in the operating room.

In the images, Na Dae Il appears lying on the floor of the emergency room, dressed in a patient's gown. There is no trace left of the cordial attitude he used to show: his murderous gaze conveys a disturbing sense of danger.
Gye Soo Jung, however, is not intimidated by Na Dae Il's violent outburst. The photographs show her observing the situation calmly before intervening directly to try to contain him. In the middle of the scene, Jang Hee Sook, played by Lee Jung Eun, also arrives at the emergency room, visibly furious at what is happening.
