To log in to BDVenlínea Personas, you must access the official Banco de Venezuela portal, select the online banking option for individuals, and enter your Usuario Único and password. This access is intended for individual customers who already have an electronic banking profile created.

- Go to the official website of Banco de Venezuela.
- Select BDVenlínea Personas or the equivalent online banking option for individuals.
- Enter your Usuario Único and password.
- Complete the authentication or verification method requested by the system.
If you don't remember your username or password, use the self-service options available on the portal instead of repeatedly trying with incorrect details.
